How it works

What you walk away with, and how we do it.

You bring the spark; what comes back is a full innovation workup: strategy, evidence, concepts and the briefs to act on, built to a world-class standard and traceable to its source. Here’s what lands in your hands, and the method behind it.

What you bring

Bring whatever you've got.

A stalled project, a clever bit of R&D with nowhere to go, a new technology looking for its market, even a finished product that you want to understand its potential better. Drop it in at any stage and Bampot works it backwards and forwards: grading what you have, shoring up the foundations, pushing it until it's an answer you can defend.

What one Bampot Brief gives you

A full innovation workup, not a pile of ideas.

You bring the question. What comes back is the thinking, the evidence and the platforms to act on, all of it from a single run.

Mood visuals and product impressions are AI-generated concepts, not photographs of any real, existing or available product, and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any real brand.

Where the work starts

Innovation questions don't all arrive in the same shape.

So Bampot runs a different path for each. Every one ends in the same place, a written concept, the visuals, a test and the five briefs to build it. What changes is how it gets there, because a wide-open question and a launch that's stalled are not the same problem.

01

I want to explore and find the next growth opportunities for my business.

Bampot reads the opportunity, hunts a fresh insight, and comes back with concepts built to answer it.

Best for: planning season, a category review

02

I need the next one in the range.

It reads the insight your range already answers, finds where it's thin, and builds across the gaps.

Best for: a range review, a gap on shelf

03

I have the idea. I need it properly worked.

It develops the one you brought, all the way to something you can put in the room.

Best for: a stage gate, a board paper

04

I need to fix a launch that isn't working.

It finds the fault that broke first, ignores the symptoms, and builds from there.

Best for: a launch that's behind, six theories and no agreement
The output is the point

A finished deck, branded as yours.

A concept is only as good as the room it lands in. So every run ends in a finished, presentation-ready deck, laid out to Bampot's standard, then branded with your own logo and accent in-app at the output stage. Nothing to lay out, nothing to rebuild: it just arrives looking like it belongs to you. And nothing you make is wasted: every mood visual and product impression you generate gathers in a gallery at the back of the deck.

Our design

A finished presentation

Designed to Bampot's standard and ready to share. Open it, and it already looks the part: nothing to lay out, nothing to fix.

Your brand

Our design, your logo

The same work carrying your own logo and accent, added in-app at the output stage, so it lands as your team's, not a tool's, the moment it hits the table.

Built to travel

Ready for the team, and for up the chain.

Every output comes two ways: the operational detail your team works from, and a clean executive view for the people who say yes. We work with you to help you show off your work, whichever room it has to win.

A fair question

Couldn't I just prompt an AI engine to do this? No. Bampot is built to do one thing, and one thing only: create brilliant new consumer goods and services, making it easy to turn into real products.

Bampot to Brilliant. In minutes, not months.

Common questions

What is Bampot?

Bampot is the Consumer Goods Innovation Engine. It turns a consumer goods brief or a rough idea into pressure-tested product concepts, with the strategy, visual assets and maker-ready briefs to build them. It is built for CPG, FMCG and beverage-alcohol innovation teams.

How does Bampot work?

You bring a question or an idea, however rough. Bampot sharpens the opportunity, grounds it in insight, develops it into fully worked concepts, brings them to life with mood visuals and product impressions, pressure-tests them against clear criteria, and hands you the creative, design, R&D, research and commercial briefs to make them real. A single run takes minutes, not months.

Who is Bampot for?

Innovation, marketing and R&D teams in consumer goods and drinks companies, from first-time brief-writers to seasoned innovation leads. You do not need to be an expert to ask a good question, and if you run innovation for a living, it gives your experience more places to go.

What is a Bampot Brief?

A Bampot Brief is one complete run of the engine. It develops your question into fully worked product concepts, each with mood visuals and product impressions, alongside the strategy and the maker-ready briefs behind them, all from a single starting line.

How much does Bampot cost?

Bampot is a subscription, with a Monthly plan, an Annual Pass at a lower per-brief cost, and Team plans for multiple seats. You can run one full brief free before you decide. See the plans for current pricing.

Does Bampot use my data, and do I own what I make?

You own the IP, all of it. We don't use your inputs to train our own models, and for text we work under paid API and Vertex agreements with the AI providers, under which they commit not to use what we send to train their models, and we only ever use the paid tiers, never a free one. What you make stays yours, and Bampot keeps a full record of how every idea was reached, so you can show your working and prove it is yours.

Is the free trial the real product?

Yes. The free trial is one full Bampot Brief, run on a single concept. It is the real engine rather than a demo, and you can develop and export the work, with a small credit on free exports.

What does Breakout innovation mean?

A Breakout is the rare idea that can move a category rather than follow it. Consumer goods innovation follows a power law, where a few breakouts capture most of the value. Bampot is built to keep looking beyond the obvious answer for that one, and to develop and pressure-test it properly.
