Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 5 June 2026
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Bampot subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
Cancellation
- Because subscriptions do not renew automatically, you will not be charged again unless you choose to renew — there is nothing you need to cancel to avoid a future charge. You keep access until the end of the term you have paid for, and you can stop using the service at any time.
- Team plans: access for all seats runs to the end of the paid term and does not renew automatically; to continue, the plan is renewed for the next term.
Refunds
- Briefs are non-refundable. Briefs that have been used are not refundable, and unused briefs (including the Annual Pass brief balance) are non-refundable and do not carry a cash value.
- Subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, except where required by law or granted at Paddle’s discretion.
- Paddle’s 14-day discretion: as Merchant of Record, Paddle may grant a refund where a buyer requests one within 14 days of a one-off purchase or of the most recent renewal, at Paddle’s discretion and subject to its terms.
How to request
To cancel, use your account settings. For refund requests or billing questions, contact support@bampot.ai (the charge on your statement appears via Paddle).
