Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Bampot (“the Service”), operated by Bampot LLC. It applies to everyone who accesses the Service, including trial and gift users. By using Bampot you agree to use it lawfully and in line with this policy, alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Using Bampot as intended

Bampot is a tool for developing consumer-goods concepts and the briefs to take them to market. You may use it for legitimate commercial and research work, for yourself or the organisation you represent. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access secure.

What you must not do

You agree not to use Bampot, or any output from it, to:

• break the law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or violate anyone’s privacy or other rights;
• create, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that exploits or endangers others;
• develop products or claims that are unsafe, fraudulent, or that you know to be misleading to consumers;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security of the Service, or access it other than through the interface we provide;
• reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to train or build a competing model or service;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as your own work product;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation.

Your content and your outputs

You own the work you create with Bampot, and you are responsible for how you use it. Bampot’s outputs are a starting point for human judgement, not a substitute for it — review concepts, claims, and any regulated or safety-sensitive material before you act on or publish them.

Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend or end access, with or without notice, depending on the severity. Serious or unlawful misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.
